Barrus has appointed Global Sales Ltd to distribute the Boxer range across Central England from Global’s showroom and workshop in Solihull, West Midlands. Boxer joins an established line-up of premier branded machinery and equipment on sale and hire by Global to the arboricultural, horticultural and groundcare markets. “When I saw the Boxer range being demonstrated at IOG Saltex, I was impressed by the power and versatility of such compact machines”, comments Andy Gould, managing director of Global Sales. We are purchasing for hire, with selected attachments, as well as for sale. This will allow us to demonstrate how useful the compact skid steer units can be for a variety of profit making tasks – especially as the Boxer can operate in conditions that would defeat many alternative choices.” John Day, general manager of Barrus’ Industrial Engine Division comments, “Global is a well-established centrally based sales operation with a team of fully trained engineers.
