E. P. Barrus Ltd is pleased to announce that they have been appointed as the UK’s exclusive distributor of Wolf-Garten products following the acquisition of Wolf GmbH and Co. KG by MTD (Modern Tool and Die Company, based in Cleveland, Ohio). Barrus also distributes other MTD brands in the UK, including Cub Cadet and Yardman plus its own brand, Lawnflite.

Wolf-Garten will remain an independent brand with an independent market presence and the management at MTD and Wolf will cooperate closely to ensure that all European markets are reliably supplied with products from Wolf Garten and MTD factories.

The addition of the Wolf-Garten range is a perfect complement to Barrus’s existing Lawn & Garden business and the company is gearing up their operations to fully support the market. Barrus are confident that their Bicester based operation will significantly improve distribution service levels with significant stocks being held in the UK. “We will provide the flexibility to build and support UK specific multi-change product sales promotions and continue to build upon the success of the Wolf marketing and promotional activity,” Nick added.
