THE OPPORTUNITY

• Precision Assembly: Build and modify engines from the ground up according to bespoke customer specifications and CAD drawings.
• Technical Strip-downs: Carefully dismantle and inspect used engines, identifying wear and failing components.
• Component Restoration: Clean, re-machine, and replace parts to return engines to "as-new" performance standards.
• Testing & Validation: Prepare engines for Dynamometer testing, ensuring all seals, timings, and electrical connections are perfect.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate build records and service logs to meet our ISO quality requirements.
• Workshop Excellence: Keep a clean, organized workstation and ensure all specialist tools are maintained and calibrated.

REQUIREMENTS

Professional Experience:

• Proven experience in engine mechanics, rebuilding, or high-performance assembly.
• Strong background in Diesel or Petrol internal combustion engines.
• Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, torque wrenches, etc.).
• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
