THE OPPORTUNITY

• Operational Leadership: Manage workflow across the workshop to meet production targets and customer deadlines.
• Team Development: Supervise, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for a team of specialist technicians and apprentices.
• Quality Control: Ensure every engine build or repair meets strict ISO and internal quality specifications.
• Health & Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, overseeing RAMS, tool calibrations, and workshop compliance.
• Resource Management: Oversee workshop equipment maintenance, parts inventory, and consumable ordering.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement lean processes to increase workshop efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

Professional Experience:

• Proven track record in a Workshop Management or Supervisory role.
• Strong background in Mechanical Engineering (Marine or Industrial preferred).
• Experience managing diverse technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and implementation.
